How to Re-establish Your Fitness Regimen

Place your workout gear near your bed or set reminders. Make it so obvious that you can't ignore it.
3. Make it Attractive:
Pair your workouts with something you enjoy. Listen to a podcast (like I do), or reward yourself with something small post-workout. The idea is to make the habit more appealing to stick with.
4. Make it Easy:
Simplify your workout routines initially. You don’t have jump into the most complex WODs straight away. Get your body moving first, and then gradually intensify.
5. Make it Satisfying:
Celebrate your wins, no matter how small. Tracked a workout? Celebrate. Moved more than last week? Celebrate. These small celebrations can be the difference between quitting and sticking with it.
