This quote resonates with me deeply. When I stepped into the world of CrossFit at 38, I could've easily said, "It's too late." But here's what I learned: It’s never too late to plant your tree.

My Story, Your Inspiration

When I started CrossFit, I wasn’t the fittest or the youngest, but I had passion and a willingness to grow. Each workout became my “today.” Each competition was a step toward the growth I envisioned. Now, as a 5-time CrossFit Games Masters Champion, I look back not at the time I might have lost but at the time I seized.

Today’s Seed, Tomorrow’s Shade

  • Don’t Dwell on Yesterday: We all have moments when we wish we’d started earlier. But remember, yesterday’s missed opportunities are today’s lessons.

  • Act Now: Whether it’s fitness, learning a new skill, or making life changes, the power lies in starting now. Today is your second chance.

  • Grow Patiently: Like trees, growth in any aspect of life takes time. Your efforts today will shape your future.
