A New Track: Bolder Metcon

Some days, training is the main event. Most days, it isn't.
Work runs long. The kids have somewhere to be. You're traveling, or you're home but the window is an hour, not two. On those days, a lot of good athletes do one of two things: they skip training altogether, or they piece together fragments — a bit of this track, half of that session — and walk away feeling like it didn't quite count.
That gap is why we built Bolder Metcon. It launches Monday, October 26.
Metcon is one complete workout per day. It matches the Bolder recipe for the day: the movement patterns and intended stimulus shared across Elite, Compete, Core, Scaled and Minimal, brought into one Metcon wherever possible. It's not a cut-down version of another track — it's a compact session with its own training dose. Warm-up, workout and cooldown, done in an hour or less. Optional accessory work is there if you want more; it's additional, not required.
Look at your phone once. Know the workout. Get busy.
Use it as your whole training day when that's what the day allows. Use it on busy days and travel days instead of skipping. Or grab a few friends and make it a workout together — it works just as well that way.
Here's what changes on October 26: Bolder becomes nine tracks in one membership — Elite, Compete, Core, Scaled, Minimal, Metcon, Capacity, Body and HYROX — and you can switch between them anytime. Nothing is being taken away. If you're already a Bolder athlete, Metcon is simply included in your membership from Monday. No new signup, no extra step.
If you're not training with us yet, this is a good door in. One complete workout a day, built on the same recipe our athletes train on, in an hour or less.
Start with 3 weeks free. Cancel anytime.
See you Monday.
